We are seeking professional and reliable owner-operators who are ready to partner with a growing and reputable company. To ensure safety, efficiency, and long-term success, the following requirements must be met:
Lease-On Costs & Percentage Breakdown
Now let’s talk numbers and clearly explain the costs associated with leasing on and operating under our authority.
When an owner-operator runs under company DOT and MC authority, the company assumes significant risk and legal responsibility, including liability, compliance, insurance exposure, and regulatory oversight. For that reason, the following percentages apply:
Company Authority Fee – 10%
Applies to owner-operators operating under our DOT and MC
Covers company liability, risk exposure, and compliance oversight
We handle all required paperwork and ensure all drivers remain FMCSA-compliant at all times
Dispatch Services – 5%
A dedicated, professional dispatcher is assigned to each onboarded owner-operator
Dispatchers have industry experience and understand hotshot and vehicle-hauling operations
Includes load sourcing, rate negotiation, scheduling, and communication with brokers
Factoring Services – 3%
We currently partner with Treadstone Capital for factoring services
Factoring allows for fast payment on loads
While most brokers pay in 60–90 days, factoring ensures drivers are paid quickly and consistently, supporting cash flow and on-time settlements
Important Note
Dispatch (5%) and factoring (3%) fees are standard across the industry and apply at nearly every carrier or fleet. What sets us apart is the quality of service, transparency, and support we provide to our owner-operators.
Our goal is not just to move freight, but to build long-term partnerships by keeping drivers compliant, paid on time, and supported every step of the way.
